HOHOHO Holiday Show at the Flint Children’s Museum.
Are you ready for some holiday fun with Ventriloquist Richard Paul, Rodney the Rat, and Mrs. Clause? Join us for a festive Ho HO Holiday Show where you’ll meet Frosty the Snowman, dance the Ho Ho Twist, and sing along to the Seven Days of Christmas. It’s a family-friendly event filled with puppets, magic, music, and lots of audience participation. Admission: Included with admission of $8/per person
Noon Year’s Eve
Calling all little partygoers and celebratory enthusiasts! Dive into the excitement of the upcoming year with the Flint Children’s Museum’s delightful Noon Year’s Eve event that promises festive fun and joyous celebrations. Admission: $8 per person
Toddler Art Explorers - Jan. 3
Bring your toddler for some art-filled fun at the Flint Institute of Arts. We will read a story, go on a gallery hunt and explore with art materials in the studio. Viewing and Exploring with Art materials builds a foundation of learning for a lifetime in all areas of development. Recommended for ages 18 - 36 months of age. Admission: Free

Flint Institute of Arts
The exhibition Pick of the Litter: Cats & Dogs in Art explores our devotion and enduring fascination with the world's most familiar pets, highlighting the unique bond between humans and their furry friends. This exhibition includes paintings, sculptures, and works on paper that depict cats and dogs from ancient Mexico and China to modern day America. Admission: FREE to Genesee County residents
Sloan Museum of Discovery

Do you need a few hours to get your last-minute shopping and wrapping done? Let For-Mar entertain your children with our winter inspired crafts, activities, live animals, hikes and more! This is a great drop off program for your child to get their wiggles out and you to have some adult time. Sign up for 1 or more hours. Children are required to be 5 or older to participate. Crossroads Village: Christmas Holiday Magic
Make memories to last all year when the spirit of the season fills the streets and shops of Crossroads Village, with thousands of lights sparkling. Winter Solstice Hike at For-Mar - Dec. 22
Winter is officially here! Join us as we celebrate the winter solstice with a nature hike through For-Mar! This is a great preholiday hike to get your ready for the winter season. Bring your binoculars and your hiking boots and come enjoy the early winter sunset with us. For all ages, suggested ages 6 and up. Admission: FREE, pre-registration is required by 12/21/24.
Crystal Fieldhouse Ice Arena: Ice Skating

Toboggan Hill: Genesee County Parks
You’d think the name would say it all. But there’s more to the story. Toboggan Hill is Genesee County Parks’ biggest, best and, yes, most challenging sled and toboggan area, an expert-level attraction that features a long rolling hillside that gives you the thrills of a rollercoaster ride. It’s not for everyone, but it is fun for all. Facilities open when terrain is frozen & there is 3″ accumulation of snow. When the gate is open the park is open.
